Well, when I say I'm going to do something, bet your ass I do it. It's been a year since I very publicly stated in Peter's blog—click that link for the recipe—that I was "gonna try" making yummy kale.
Let's just say, it was worth the wait. I think Peter used the curly kind for his, but I like lacinato, so that's what I used. I did stick with the olive oil and salt of his recipe in the interest of not fucking it up right off the bat, but next time I might try using sesame oil and adding some pepper.
If someone made this for me every day, I might be able to give up potato chips. And I would love them forever.
